Original Nordic Hot Tub control panel overlay model 074111 is the small overlay with a 4 button layout.

New style overlay from Nordic released in 2017 with same button layout, but in new, updated design:

Measures same as old one pictured below. You will receive the new version as pictured above.

4 1/8 inches wide, the buttons are JETS, LIGHT, COOL and WARM.

Just under 1 1/2 inches tall with self-adhesive backing.
